1. Booking — messenger or form, two days ahead

Leave your preferred date and treatment on the Global Booking form (17 countries/languages) or contact us on your country’s messenger. Staff will contact you to confirm the date and time. Please request at least two days ahead.

Tell us your flight date in advance and we will plan the order and timing of treatments around recovery.

2. Consultation and treatment — same day, by the doctor

Consultations are in English or Chinese, and the doctor examines your skin and decides the treatment personally. Most non-surgical treatments — Thermage FLX, Ultherapy, Sunsak injections, Botox, filler — can be done on the consultation day.

If you want to check that devices are genuine, we show them to you: Ultherapy tips by NFC tag, and Thermage FLX tips opened in front of you with the authentication number checked.

3. Payment and flying home

You can pay by foreign credit card, WeChat Pay or Alipay.

After Botox, filler, skin boosters, Sunsak, Thermage FLX and Ultherapy, travelling the same day is usually fine. Virtue RF, Potenza and EyeThera may leave 1–3 days of redness, and under-eye filler can bruise for 1–2 weeks, so leave room in your schedule.
