Once the treated area no longer hurts when pressed, I always recommend self-molding — gently massaging the area yourself. This helps the filler settle naturally into your face. Please avoid alcohol and vigorous exercise for about a week, and stay away from high-heat environments like saunas and steam rooms.

Hyaluronic acid fillers typically last 12–18 months depending on the area. More mobile areas like the lips last 6–9 months, while less mobile areas such as the nose or chin last 12–18 months. Results vary by individual skin condition and lifestyle.

Yes. A popular combination is Thermage FLX or Ultherapy for skin tightening, followed by filler for volume restoration. Some cases recommend waiting 1–2 weeks between high-energy lifting and filler. Compatibility is assessed during consultation.

Nose filler uses hyaluronic acid injections to enhance bridge height and define the tip—non-surgical, minimal downtime. A nose implant is permanent but requires surgery and recovery. Nose filler lasts 6–12 months but offers immediate, natural-looking results.

Nasolabial folds, temples, and forehead fillers have minimal swelling—most patients return to activities the same day. Lips, nose, and chin may swell 2–3 days. Undereye (tear trough) filler can bruise and swell 1–2 weeks; plan accordingly.

Stop aspirin, omega-3, and blood thinners 2 weeks prior (consult your doctor). Avoid alcohol the night before. Inform us of any active inflammation or acne in the treatment area. Regular moisturizer and sunscreen are fine to apply on the day.
